Sofikitis Marble Ltd. established in 1974, has its headquarters in Trahia Argolidas. It started as a quarry in Trizinia area in Peloponese and in very short time it expanded covering all phases of cut and marble process.

Today, in the new and privately owned plants in a fully automated factory it has the capability to produce a big range of marble products. The Company uses as raw material all types of Greek marble in addition to some imported ones. Our line product includes floors, stairs, coverings, specialized constructions, special solid products as well as non-slip and embossed marble products.

The use of modern and advanced cut and processing machinery warranties dimension accuracy and high quality products.

In the beginning of 1999, Sofikitis Co. released for the first time in the Greek and International market two new series of products, patending the rights of the exclusive production and utilization.

Crossed line non-slip products for flooring, bits of (10x10) cm down to (2x2) cm in size, engraved into a solid marble tile of (30x30) cm and finally stepped coverings, are a small sample of these new series of products.

The specialization of the company in these products, in combination with the use of specialized polishing brushes and the use of artistic sandblasting, results in old-fashion (antique) apperance of marble surface.

Parallel use of specialized protective ingrain varnishes, protects even the most embossed products, preserving the surfaces clean, like brand new.

Common characteristic of all our products is their high quality and aesthetics. Another basic characteristic of these new line products is the emphasis to the third and the forgotten dimension of the marble, which is its depth.
